Two Man White Glove Delivery Service to the room of you choice all bulky items that are purchased from us are delivered to the room of your choice by our two man delivery teams at no extra cost.
Furniture Buyer offers “FREE DELIVERY” on all orders over £200 across mainland UK & Wales.
For orders under £200 we charge only £19.99
For customers located in Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Channel Island and Isle of Man, Furniture Buyer provides delivery service only to a mainland GB address i.e. a port. Shipping beyond that is the responsibility of the customer.

How we deliver:
Large items are delivered directly to your home to the room of your choice up to the first floor deliveries beyond the first floor will be charged for by the couriers, the couriers use specially equipped furniture vans and are carried in by 2 man delivery staff. You will receive a telephone call or an email to agree a time convenient to you at least 48 hours prior to delivery and be given a 2-4 hour window on the day of the delivery.
Smaller items may be delivered by a courier service,
Delivery Charges
Delivery at Furniture Buyer is absolutely free for England and Wales. However deliveries to Scotland will be charged at £30, Ireland Deliveries are between £30 - £60
All orders placed for delivery below £200 will get a carriage charge £19.99 on Shipping.
Furniture Buyer reserves the right to amend the delivery charges at any time.

Informing you about Anticipated Delivery Timescale.
Expected delivery times are visible on each and every product page on the website. These times can be used as an indicator for how long it will take to receive the product(s).
Upon receipt of your order, Furniture Buyer will send you an order confirmation, via e-mail, (or post if e-mail is unavailable).
Where items ordered are stock items, we will deliver the item to you within 7 - 21 days.
The average lead time is 2 - 12 weeks, depending upon the item ordered and the manufacturer.
We will keep customers informed if there is any delay on the expected delivery time of goods that has previously been included within the product page on the website.
Tracking Your Delivery
It may be possible to track your order. Please e-mail (email) giving details of your order number and Furniture Buyer will be able to inform you of the status of your order.
Please note that Furniture Buyer will only contact you with regards to delivery if, the product(s) has arrived into our depot / logistics company and are ready for delivery.
The product delivery time is delayed longer than mentioned.
Confirming the Delivery Date
Once your item(s) is ready for dispatch either we will contact you or our contracted delivery service will contact you in order to arrange a mutually suitable delivery date.
Available Days for Delivery
Available days for delivery are Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8.00am - 5.00pm. Some items can be delivered on a Saturday delivery at an extra surcharge. Please email (email add) with details of your selected item(s) and a representative will be able to inform you whether your item(s) can be dispatched for a Saturday delivery.
Delivery Lead Times
The delivery lead times shown on every product are expected delivery lead times given to us by our manufacturers. Please note they may very slightly depending on the time of the year and where in the world they are manufactured.
Once you have confirmed and signed for the item, the 10 days returns policy is activated .Please note if you do sign for the item to say that it is in good condition and then later discover that the item is damaged upon opening the packaging, we will not be liable for the replacement of the damaged goods, (please be aware of this).
Next Day Delivery
Furniture Buyer offer “Next Day Delivery” service for Beds & Mattress and Many more items.
To avail this service orders need to be placed one day prior.
All order to avail Next day Delivery service has to be placed before 13:00 p.m
Next day Delivery is done from Monday to Friday only
Saturdays and Bank Holidays are excluded from Next day delivery service.
Saturday deliveries are available on certain item with additional surcharge of £25 per item. For further information please email or use the live chat option on our website
Please make sure the goods are checked and signed before accepting next day delivery from the respective courier companies
None of the item listed on Next Day Delivery is in our warehouse. Goods are only ordered when the buyer places the order. If the Item you have purchased is Not Available for any reason we will offer you an alternate item or a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
It is your responsibility to examine the goods for damage prior to signing for receipt of the goods. If you are not pleased with the condition of the goods you should inform the driver and refuse delivery. Once you have provided written receipt for the goods it is almost impossible for us to file a successful claim for compensation with the couriers. Hence no damage claims can be accepted if you have signed the delivery docket.
Signing for goods and writing unchecked does not cover you. Any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
